Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM) has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate to work in our fast paced, growing Boston office. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of energy and commercial litigation experience, and experience in environmental permitting, condemnation litigation, and drafting easement agreements is preferred.

The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate would also be licensed in Texas or Louisiana.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of commercial and infrastructure litigation practice; Drafting and opposing motions, condemnation petitions and easement agreements; Attending depositions, mediation, and court appearances, and Trial Preparation
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and writing skills; Law journal or post-J.D. clerkship;
Excellent academic credentials; Clear and effective communication with clients and counsel; Ability to work independently and in a collective team environment; Candidates must be highly motivated and provide superior client service.
