Gordon & Rees Ranked No. 32 on The American Lawyer’s Diversity Scorecard

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has ranked No. 32 on The American Lawyer's 2017 Diversity Scorecard. The firm was also ranked No.19 for diversity among partners and No. 53 for minority representation among equity partners. During the past 10 years, the firm has climbed nearly 100 spots on the Diversity Scorecard.

"As our firm continues to grow, diversity and inclusion remain fundamental priorities," said Dion Cominos, Firmwide managing partner. “However, we realize that success in this area goes well beyond statistics and is ultimately measured in concrete actions and results.  In this regard, we are proud of the firm’s ongoing commitment to ensure that diverse attorneys constitute a core part of the leadership and ownership ranks at Gordon & Rees.”

"Our focus on inclusion creates an innovative workplace that fosters discussion and collaboration," said Franz Hardy, chair of the firm's National Diversity Committee. "Diversity and inclusion are embedded in our culture, where we value every individual's contribution. Those perspectives and insights, in turn, benefit our clients as we advise and guide them on their legal needs."

Winning results, diverse lateral talent, cost effectiveness and the utmost level of responsiveness have helped Gordon & Rees achieve its long-term goal of becoming a national, full-service firm with offices in strategic locations key to its clients and their businesses. In the just-released Law360 400Law360's annual survey of the largest U.S. law firms by headcount, Gordon & Rees logs in at 48, which is up five spots from the 2016 ranking of 53.
